Do you think Obama/Dems won't implement the Fairness Doctrine Act to stifle Freedom of Speech?

Obama stands for the openness of the internet... McCain does not. but talk radio is running wild with complete lies and fabrication. Sure these people have the right to say whatever they want.. but the shows should include a disclaimer. that they are for entertainment purposes only.
