What should i do for my paranoid mom?

i'm looking for advice about what to do for my paranoid mother. my mother believes the government has listening devices everywhere (which before she believed someone could read her mind) the neighbors steal our things (pots, turkey timers, etc.) and also try on her clothes, the government bugged our car, my dad has secret accounts full of money (that one doesn't really count, since she despises my father and constantly complains to me that she regrets marrying him....i just tuned out since i was 8) some people she sees are terrorists (which is kinda ironic counting that my mother and her family are all lebanese muslims) and etc. this has been going on for years and have already told her about what i think but i'm kinda worried about her and i am asking for advice on what to do.....
