Meet a guy at a mall?

The other day I got stalked at the mall by some random guy(Andrew) and his friend(Stan) ( there 16 or 17; I'm 14). Stan said that Andrew liked me and continued to stalk me and my friends. Finally I stopped walking and gave Andrew my number. We started texting eachother the rest of the day. The next day I was texting Stan and he said he was hanging out with Andrew and asked if me and my friend wanted to hangout. I said yeah but he never answered me. I texed Andrew and told him where I was. He said that he was going to meet me. I told him where we should meet but he never answered. We havent talked since and almost two days have ped. What does this mean?
