Add jr. to my pport?

i apply my pport last 2007,on my birth certificate my Junior have a shade but my father is a senior and i verify my name in the civil registrar. they said i have no junior. so i applied pport and i got affidavit to removed my junior. and now i renewed my drivers license, and i want to removed my junior. but they have not to removed it. they said i'm automatically junior bec. my father was a senior. so i want add again my junior to my pport. bec. all my doent have a junior.
