Will this scar heal or fade at all?

I have a scar on my shoulder, right where my clavicle ends. I got it skating down a hil and bailing into a roll. I just skid on my shoulder a bit, it didnt seem that bad. It took about a week till the scab looked pretty clean, and it never looked infected. i never picked at it, but i was touching the scab once and my friend bumped me, causing me to take the scab right off. It was obviously not ready to come off but it didnt bleed when it did. It's been about two weeks since that happened and i have a scar that's almost white around the edges and pink in the middle. It doesnt hurt at all to touch it, so i um it's healed completely. it's quite unattractive, and doesnt look like a normal scar because it's not even close to my skintone. it looks almost exactly as if i got a rope or rug burn on my shoulder. it bothers me, and it's gross to other people; will it go away, or is it always going to looke like that? and if it will go away is there a way to speed up the process, like with antibiotics or aloe?
