Steelers signing Charlie Weis? Arians out?

Ok i was listening to espn radio 2day and the two guys on there were talking to mike logan (former steelers strong safety). they all heard rumors about the steelers possibly firing bruce arians as offensive coodinator and them wanting to bring in charlie weis to replace him. I was just wondering if anybody else heard about this and wondered what info you had about this. Easy 10 points:)
