The Not so Simple Pendulum Problem!!! need some help again?

The period is right, but it doesn't take the ball the entire period to attain its highest speed. Remember, the highest speed occurs at the bottom of the arc that the pendulum sweeps out. So it's really one-fourth of the period, since the entire period means the ball swinging back and forth one time. So 1.6/4=0.4
