Help with my Myspace headline?

My headline is "your first instincts are almost ALWAYS tru..when its about trust there ALWAYS tru." but i want to make it better and take away they "always tru" and add just a one a word but i have no idea of a one word that describes "always tru"..i'm thinking maybe putting "undeniable" or "enscapable"??? anyone have any ideas? Thank You!
